You will be part of an IT business partner team organized according to the business regions in Ferring.

Your will as IT Business Partner in commercial serve as the IT leader responsible for the ELAC region (Europe, Latin America & Canada).

Your day at Ferring


The IT Business partner will be contributing to the Commercial IT Strategy working closely with business stakeholder to define the Commercial IT Roadmap based on business priorities.

Serves as Business Partner to the Senior leadership Commercial Operations to ensure delivery of business needs driven by IT solutions.

Acts as a point of contact to key stakeholders for Global and Local IT needs across domains and functions.

Main responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain organizational assigned function capabilities now and for the future, at a Regional and Country level to build a strong virtual IT community across, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources and capabilities.
  • Develop direct reports and functional reports in country and region.
  • Is the proactive point of contact for the business counterparts regarding opportunities, issues, and projects.
  • Codevelop/contribute to the overall Commercial IT strategy in the context of the business strategy and initiatives of the assigned function.
  • Responsible for the creation and execution of the ELAC IT project portfolio including global alignment, prioritization, resources allocation, budget and support and ensure it is consistent with the overall strategic objectives of IT and enterprise.


Behind our innovation There's you- Master's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.- +10 years in IT and business industry experience - preferably pharmaceutical- A minimum of 5 years of leadership responsibilities.- +5 years of business partnering experience preferably within the Commercial domain- First class influencing and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to translate strategic objectives into operation activities.- Organizational change management including experience of building relevant capabilities across the relevant function.- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and learning agility.
