About This Job:


We are looking for Sales Representatives that are passionate about the travel industry, sales and speak English fluently to support our
UK market.

Our Sales Representatives fulfill the travel and vacation dreams of our members every day, by helping them use their incredible member benefits for amazing vacations.

We are looking for individuals to work remote and be a part of our Portugal team.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls as required to communicate the value of the packages by delivering an enthusiastic pitch that follows the script(s) provided.
  • Delivering a high level of productivity through effective time management and by identifying opportunities to maximize sales (upsell/crosssell), by classifying and recommending appropriate packages.
  • Delivering premium customer service and representing a culture and environment that is willing to go 'above and beyond'.
  • Be enthusiastic, passionate, and motivated to succeed through learning and following direction.
  • Deliver compliant information by following the provided approved script to ensure the client understands the value of the product.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client and potential client details, by utilizing the tools, technology and processes provided.
  • Ensure complaints are dealt with in an empathetic and resolution orientated manner.
  • Participate in and support departmental promotions and initiatives.
  • Undertake other duties which may be negotiated from time to time with the Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Able to legally work legally in Portugal, must be living in Portugal
  • 1+ years' of Sales experience
  • Proven successful Sales Record and understanding of the sales processes.
  • Ability to actively develop sales leads.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
  • Highly proficient in English to communicate effectively over the phone
  • Travel and cruise experience highly preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail

Compensation:

  • Base Salary + Unlimited Commissions
  • Top Performer 3000€ / month
  • Base 900€ / month plus commissions and bonuses
