In ManpowerGroup we are looking for the best talents for one of our biggest clients in Porto.

We are recruiting customer support advisors in the financial field responsible for handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email and chat, in line with service standards and procedures, offering excellence and quality of service to our customers.


Main responsibilities:

  • Handle all telephone calls in line with service standards and procedures;
  • Assist customers with specialist support and after sales service such as changing of data, purchasing additional services, and special requests;
  • Support and development of central marketing campaigns;
  • Provide relevant information to customers in order to improve customer service and loyalty;
  • Respond to customer emails and chats in accordance with appropriate service level agreements;
  • Assist customers with their bank service and other web enquiries;
  • Presenting new services to customers accordingly to their needs;
  • Participate in specific operational projects where required

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent or Native in German and in English (B2);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package;
  • Experience in the Bank industry and financial operations is considered a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize;
  • Ability to work flexibly to business needs and under pressure;
  • Ability to think outside the box and be open to new challenges;
  • Schedule flexibility.
  • Appropriate working environment and conditions at home (space with privacy to work 8h day without noise);What we offer:
