Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Employment type: fixed term (6 months) with possibility of extension / permanent contract
Remuneration: € 1100 + 450 language bonus + 167 meal card
- Abroad: 4 weeks in a hotel + up to 700€ reimbursement after 90 days, From Portugal: 2 weeks hotel + up to 150€
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop your knowledge continuously to effectively answer customer queries and resolve potential issues
- Use adequate tools, processes and/or methods to ensure the provision of accurate, valid, and complete information
- Make sure that great levels of client service is delivered.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- C1 German with great linguistic expression and B1 English, both oral and written
- Ability to take stressful situations well.
**OFFER**:
