O nosso cliente actua na área da consultoria financeira, tem origem em inglaterra e neste momento encontra-se em fase de crescimento.

Pretende integrar um(a) Personal & Administrative Assistant, para apoiar a sua operação em Lisboa.

Descritivo da Função:

  • Realizar a gestão do calendário, agendamento de reuniões, marcação de viagens, etc.;
  • Efectuar a tradução de documentos simples de Português para Inglês;
  • Apoiar o Director Financeiros nas actividades diárias;
  • Organizar documentos financeiros e de clientes, para envio para o Departamento Financeiro;
  • Realizar o acompanhamento das entregas dos respectivos Fornecedores.

Requisitos:

  • Habilitações literárias ao nível do 12o ano, sendo valorizada a Licenciatura em Direito ou Economia;
  • Experiência anterior em funções semelhantes de, pelo menos, 2/3 anos;
  • Fluência em Inglês e Português (falada e escrita);
  • Conhecimento de MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel e Word);
  • Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e boa capacidade de comunicação;
  • Capacidade de planeamento e organização do trabalho;
  • Sentido de responsabilidade e autonomia;
  • Capacidade de iniciativa.
