The Independente Hostel & SuitesFunções e Responsabilidades essenciais do trabalho: -Definição do posicionamento de cada unidade -Estudo de mercado -Criação e desenvolvimento de relação com parceiros - clientes estratégicos -Análise de produtividade dos parceiros - clientes -Definição, Negociação e Ajuste de acordos -Potencialização de vendas -Representação do grupo em feiras nacionais e internacionais -Definição de ações internas de promoção das unidadesRequisitos : Competências principais: -Cumprimento de todas as políticas e procedimentos da empresa -Representação do Independente Standards de forma profissional -Participar em todas as reuniões internas, incluindo reuniões de ordens de serviço e reuniões de rendimento -Contribuir para o esforço da equipa através da realização de resultados relacionados, conforme necessário -Atuar como elo de ligação entre o grupo e as operações -Fornecer uma comunicação clara, profissional e pormenorizada -Fornecer uma comunicação clara, profissional e pormenorizada ao cliente -Construir tarifas e pacotes inclusivos específicos para os parceiros - clientes -Potencializar reservas e direcionar corretamente -Registar e manter a base de dados de contactos -Fazer sales calls regulares -Manter track da produtividade -Garantir fidelização dos parceiros - clientes -Outras funções podem ser atribuídas de forma a ter o controlo de todos os inputs que o departamento de vendas recebe -Recolha de dados para feedbackNovas ofertas de emprego enviadas para o seu e-mailVagas de emprego Lisboa - Ofertas de emprego interessantes nas proximidades:LisboaOfertas de emprego em localidades próximas
