Join our team as a Customer Service Engineer for Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance products.

Your responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing Issues: Identifying and troubleshooting technical problems with Siemens CT and MR systems.
  • Remote Support: Providing remote technical assistance to address issues promptly.
  • On-site Repairs: Traveling to healthcare facilities to carry out on-site repairs and maintenance.
  • Routine Inspections: Performing regular checks to ensure equipment functionality.
  • Software Updates: Installing software enhancements for improved system performance and security.
  • Equipment Installation: Setting up new CT and MR machines at healthcare facilities.
  • Service Reports: Documenting all service activities, including repairs and installations.
  • Client Communication: Maintaining regular contact with clients to provide updates on service activities.
  • Training: Continuously improving technical skills through training and certifications.

Your qualifications:

  • Minimum HNC or equivalent in Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in repairing CT and MR devices.
  • IT skills covering DICOM, SRS, Microsoft Office, Networking infrastructure, and CS IT technologies.
  • Understanding of clinical applications, image quality testing, and fault analysis.
  • Knowledge of commercial processes, customer service, and effective communication skills.
  • Technical report writing and strong communication skills.

  • Enthusiastic about on-site visits mainly in the north and center of Portugal.
  • Comfortable supporting customers, documenting issues, and facilitating internal communication.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in Portuguese (speaking and writing).

Additional Information:
The role may require flexibility with working hours and occasional travels. At times, work outside standard hours or weekends may be necessary to meet business requirements.
