Sounds interesting?Thencome and join our team as Customer Service Engineer (m/f/d) for the product lines Computed Tomography and Magnetic ResonanceYour tasks and responsibilities:

Diagnosing Issues:
Identifying and diagnosing technical problems with Siemens CT and MR systems

Remote Support:
Providing remote technical support to resolve issues quickly

On-site Repairs:
Traveling to healthcare facilities to perform on-site repairs and maintenance

Routine Inspections:
Conducting regular inspections to ensure the equipment is functioning correctly

Software Updates:
Installing software updates and patches to improve system performance and security

Equipment Installation:
Setting up and installing new CT and MR machines at healthcare facilities

Service Reports:
Documenting all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and installations

Client Communication:
Maintaining regular communication with clients to keep them informed about service activities and status updates

Training:
Continuously updating technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.

You participate in a global team of experts that can support you together with our internal knowledge database to carry out diagnoses.


Your qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum of an HNC or equivalent in Engineering, Electronics, IT or a related discipline is needed
  • Proven experience repairing CT and MR modality products
  • IT skills, including an in-depth understanding & support of: DICOM & associated troubleshooting, SRS, Microsoft Office and Networking infrastructure as well as current CS IT technologies.
  • An understanding of clinical modality applications and workflow
  • Demonstrable experience of image quality testing and problem resolution
  • A working knowledge of fault analysis and resolution
  • Knowledge of internal commercial processes and customer service offerings and communication skills with the ability to deal with staff and customers at all levels.

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and develop positive customer relationships

You look forward to on-site visits in PT (mainly in the north and center of Portugal) Support customers and service technicians, document problems, easily communicate internally with your colleagues and participate in trainings.

You are comfortable with working on several topics in parallel, prioritizing your workload and always keeping customer satisfaction firmly in focus.

Fluent Portuguese speaking and writing Additional InformationThe candidate should be flexible regarding working hours and time away fromhome.

From time to time the nature of the modality business dictates that thecandidate may be expected to work outside normal hours or weekend days therebyspending nights away from home to meet business needs.
