Position:

We are looking for an
Talent Acquisition Recruiter, who identifies with the following aspects:

Key responsabilities:

  • Selection of our future IT consultants via advertisements, sourcing from CV libraries, direct approach, etc.;
  • Conducting interviews and recruitment meetings;
  • Learn and keep uptodate with the latest technological developments that influence our clients hiring needs.

Requirement:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business/Communication or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting technical profiles for the IT sector;
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e

g:
social media);

  • Peopleoriented, organized, and autonomous;
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations;
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (e

g:
Recruitee and LinkedIn Recruiter);

  • Fluent in English, French is a plus.
