Descrição da função:

Como especialista em recrutamento na Zeentech, terás um papel crucial na identificação e aquisição dos melhores talentos no ramo da engenharia e tecnologia da informação.

As tuas responsabilidades incluem:

Identificar Talentos: Procurar e contactar candidatos qualificados no mercado de forma ativa e proativa.
Relacionamento: Estabelecer e manter relações sólidas com os candidatos, garantindo uma experiência positiva durante todo o processo de recrutamento.
Seleção: Gerir o ciclo completo de contratação, desde a triagem inicial até às entrevistas finais.
Colaboração: Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os business managers e equipa interna para entender as necessidades de talento e desenvolver estratégias de recrutamento eficazes.
Marca Empregadora: Contribuir para a promoção da marca empregadora da Zeentech, destacando a nossa cultura e oportunidades de crescimento.

Requisitos:

Experiência prévia em recrutamento, de preferência em engenharia e IT.
Formação académica em Recursos Humanos, Relações Empresariais/Internacionais, Psicologia ou áreas similares
Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e organização.
Conhecimento das melhores práticas de recrutamento.
Experiência com ferramentas como o Manatal e Linkedin é um fator essencial.
Fluência em inglês, tanto falado quanto escrito.
Paixão por encontrar e desenvolver talentos excepcionais.
