You will be responsible to:
Guiding end-to-end process improvement, installing operational efficiency, and fostering positive behaviors.

Exhibiting adept leadership by aligning priorities across diverse areas.


Implementing optimal methodologies to enhance workforce efficiency while establishing metrics for plant and equipment capacity, contributing to improved layouts, and adherence to established guidelines.


  • Solid familiarity with the principles and practices of the Daily Management System is essential;
  • Ability to lead teams in the effective adoption and integration of the system;
  • Capability to evaluate daily data, identify patterns, and implement continuous improvements;
  • Excellent communication skills to train teams and articulate the benefits of the system;
  • Ability to customize and adapt the Daily Management System to meet the specific needs of the organization;
  • Resultsoriented, aiming for measurable improvements in daily performance.
  • University, or equivalent, qualification in a field of Science or Engineering or a similar scientific field (mandatory);
  • Typically, 35 years of relevant experience in the field of continuous improvement is required, with a strong component in the use of lean tools (5s, Standardized Work, problemsolving, kaizen, process mapping, Poka Yoke, debottlenecking, SMED);
  • Lean and 6 Sigma training equivalent to Lean Leader level and/or Six Sigma Green Belt;
  • Fluency in English is a requirement;
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of the MS Office suite;
  • Must have the knowledge, experience, and skills to conduct tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down.
