Vê aqui quais seriam as tuas principais responsabilidades e qual o perfil que procuramos.

As tuas responsabilidades:

  • Darás apoio aos compradores no desenvolvimento de categorias através da análise e interpretação do comportamento de compra do cliente;
  • Irás desenvolver estudos ao consumidor que permitam aprofundar o conhecimento do cliente na organização;
  • Farás a gestão da relação com os diferentes stakeholders de forma a garantir eficiência e qualidade dos serviços contratualizados;
  • Irás estabelecer contactos com outros departamentos internos para garantir que a voz do cliente é ouvida em toda a empresa;
  • Estarás presente em fóruns de decisão estratégica de vários âmbitos;
  • Trabalharás em estreita colaboração com a sede internacional da Lidl na Alemanha.

O teu perfil:

  • Tens formação académica ao nível da Licenciatura ou superior, preferencialmente em Gestão, Economia, Finanças, Matemática;
  • Estás familiarizado com o mercado FMCG;
- És altamente analítico(a) e consegues interligar várias fontes de informação;

  • Gostas dos temas do retalho;
  • Tens elevada capacidade de comunicação e cooperação com stakeholders diferentes;
- És dinâmico(a) e proativo(a);

  • Demonstras conhecimentos consolidados de MS Office (Excel pivot table, power query, power pivot e PowerPoint);
  • Dominas a língua inglesa ou alemã;
