No seguimento da sua estratégia de crescimento, a GONKSYS, S.A. pretende reforçar a sua equipa de Gestão de Contratos, no Porto, com um(a) Customer Services Support.

Função:

  • Participação no processo de Gestão Ativa e Controlo dos Contratos de Serviços e Manutenção, respetivos licenciamentos e BH;
  • Participação no processo de garantia o cumprimento dos pressupostos documentais dos Contratos (Relatórios periódicos, Relatórios de Melhorias, Listagem de Equipamentos, Garantias de Fabricantes, etc.)
  • Reporta ao Customer Services Manager, devendo seguir as suas orientações e contribuir ativamente para a qualidade de serviço e atingimento dos objetivos.

Função:

As principais funções que a/o Customer Sevices Support deve cumprir e observar no exercício da sua atividade, são:

  • Gestão Ativa e Controlo dos contratos de manutenção dos clientes;
  • Comunicação com os Clientes em tudo que se relaciona com a Gestão dos contratos;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos pressupostos documentais dos Contratos (Relatórios periódicos: Relatórios de Melhorias, Listagem de Equipamentos, Garantias de Fabricantes, etc.);
  • Realizar procedimentos de controlo e renovação dos Contratos de Serviços e Manutenção dos clientes;
  • Realizar procedimentos de controlo e renovação das Bolsas de Horas dos clientes;
  • Realizar procedimentos de controlo e renovação do Licenciamento/Subscrições das soluções implementadas nos clientes;
  • Elaboração de propostas técnicas com vista à renovação e melhoria dos contratos em vigor nos clientes;
  • Preparação de informação de gestão relevante para aferição dos níveis de rentabilidade e cumprimento dos objetivos previamente definidos.
Requisitos Mínimos da função

  • Experiência comprovada na área das TI;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Conhecimentos de Inglês (conversação e escrita);
  • Capacidade de iniciativa, criatividade e responsabilidade;
  • Motivação para garantir ao cliente um serviço de excelência
