Main responsibilities:
Web development and design:
Design and develop new pages for our website, such as our Unique Selling Proposition (USP) pages, commercial onboarding funnel, and support domain.
We are heavily focusing on our website, and your expertise in frontend web and web design will be vital.Collaboration:
Partner with our copywriter, motion graphic designer, and UX designer to implement changes and improvements to our website. Your collaboration skills and creative solutions will be essential.
Webflow Management:
Delve into our Webflow setup and CSS details, aiming to refine and enhance it while integrating your designs
Project Leadership:
Spearhead an initiative to make our marketing team more autonomous, minimizing dependencies on engineering. Oversee website updates and champion our online presence enhancement.
What you will be expected to do:
Conceptualize and design creative website ideas that resonate with our brand identity. Create, implement, and maintain web design elements and templates to support multi-media marketing objectives. Design visual elements to boost our online presence. Ensure smooth and efficient implementation on Webflow. Test and improve website designs for top performance. Uphold design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Engage with various content management systems. Convey design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes. Integrate features and functionalities into websites. Design sample pages, including color and font selection. Plan design strategies and showcase website structures. Use web optimization techniques to enhance web presence and drive traffic.
Required Qualifications:
Extensive web development experience. Proficiency in Figma, Webflow, and Miro. Excellent web design skills. Knowledge in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript. Solid understanding of content management systems. Strong grasp of design fundamentals like layout, balance, and composition, coupled with attention to detail. Comprehensive understanding of SEO and UX/UI principles. Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility issues. Up-to-date with global web protocols, standards, and technologies. A creative perspective open to new ideas. Ability to juggle multiple projects and collaborate with various teams. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. An independent, creative, flexible mindset with ownership of one's work.
Bonus points if you:
Possess a standout creative portfolio. Master graphic design software, especially Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Have experience designing for social media and mobile platforms. Are adept at working in a fast-paced Agile setting. Can adapt and devise elegant solutions to complex issues.
