Your responsibilities and impact as a customer service agent will be:Listening to customers' questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutionsTroubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returnsProviding information about fashion productsEscalating and rerouting the necessary matters and issues to other departmentsSkills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:You are up to fluent in Dutch and have good knowledge of EnglishYou are energetic and innovativeYou are a fast thinker and work proactivelyMotivation and teamwork are some of your soft skillsPassion for fashion and trends.
A fixed-term contract that is renewable every year
Working Hours:
Full time between 07:00-19:00 on rotating shifts (Monday-Sunday) 40h/weekTraining: Have a kick-start your career with the intensive training that the company offers to their new employees.
Salary Conditions(*): You have 2 options:Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/monthExcluding accommodation: 1298€ gross/month*The relocation package only applies to individuals who live at least 100 kilometres from the office or recolate toPortugalRelocation Package for International Candidates:
Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 3monthsHelp in paperwork, opening bank account, etc. upon your arrival.
Ability to stay in a flat-sharing apartment of the company up to a year for a part of your paycheck
