Enquanto
Gestor/a de Contratos no departamento de Compras, terás a oportunidade de contactar com diversos fornecedores nacionais e internacionais que abastecem as lojas de Portugal, para além de complementares com algumas tarefas administrativas inerentes a esse contacto.

Vê aqui quais seriam as tuas principais responsabilidades e qual o perfil que procuramos

As tuas responsabilidades:

  • Irás elaborar contratos _food _e _nonfood_ num _software _específico;
  • Farás o contacto com os fornecedores para recolha de dados de artigo, de empresa e confirmação de preços;
  • Irás fazer a gestão de dados de artigos e fornecedores num _software _específico;
  • Farás ainda, algumas tarefas administrativas de apoio à gestão da área.

O teu perfil:

  • Tens, pelo menos, o 12o de escolaridade concluído (obrigatório);
  • Apresentas bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador (MS Office), com especial foco na ferramenta Excel;
- És fluente no Inglês (obrigatório);
- És fluente em alemão (obrigatório);

  • Apresentas capacidade de comunicação e de relacionamento interpessoal, para além de espírito de equipa.
  • Tens iniciativa e capacidade para exercer as suas funções autonomamente.
