  • Formação superior nas áreas de engenharia (preferencialmente engenharia gestão industrial, mecânica ou química) ou Gestão / Economia
  • Experiência 2 a 3 anos em funções similares
  • Domínio do inglês (francês é diferenciador) porque é a comunicação que usamos no dia-a-dia
  • Carta de condução obrigatório
  • Mobilidade internacional para viagens de trabalho
  • Desportista praticante e/ou apaixonado por desporto
  • Vontade e ambição para fazer carreira internacional
  • Participação em programas académicos de cariz internacional será valorizada (Erasmus, Intercâmbios, etc)
  • Gestão de fornecedores locais
  • Planeamento da produção
  • Gestão de encomendas
  • Aprovisionamento de matérias-primas / Componentes
  • Negociação de preços e de capacidades
  • Gestão de Projetos
  • Gestão de indicadores de performance (económica, prazos de entrega entre outros)
  • Integração em equipa jovem, dinâmica e informal
  • Progressão profissional nacional e internacional, diferentes funções, diferentes locais
  • Projetos transversais que vão para além da função do dia-a-dia
  • Processo de revisão salarial anual individualizada com base no mérito e potencial
