Descrição do empregoA IKEA Industry Paços de Ferreira está à procura de um(a):MASTER PLANNERO/A Master Planner tem como principal missão criar a ponte com a IKEA, no sentido de alinhar as necessidades com os recursos disponíveis a curto, médio e longo prazo

Nesta função tu vais:

  • Definir o plano-mestre de produção, de médio e longo prazo, de acordo com as necessidades do nosso cliente e a capacidade de produção das fábricas;
  • Definir a estratégia de stock de produto acabado em coordenação com o nosso cliente;
  • Desenvolver, em conjunto com o Planeamento de Produção, um planeamento a curto prazo de acordo com os recursos disponíveis;
  • Analisar a evolução dos volumes de produção e de vendas e atuar nos desvios;
  • Garantir o cumprimento dos requisitos IKEA no phase in e phase out dos produtos;
  • Assegurar o stock adequado às necessidades e dinamizar ações perante os desvios envolvendo as diferentes áreas da organização;
  • Promover a colaboração com os parceiros relevantes na Supply Chain garantindo os fluxos de informação;
  • Comunicar informação estratégica aos diferentes níveis da organização;
  • Seguir os KPI's e definir ações para alcançar os objetivos propostos;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua do processo.
  • Valorizas um ambiente diverso, inclusivo, onde todos são importantes e contribuem para o resultado final;
  • Formação de base em Engenharia, Gestão ou área similar;
  • Experiência prévia em Planeamento será valorizada;
  • Fluência em Inglês falado e escrito – obrigatório;
  • Metódico(a) e estruturado(a) no tratamento de informação;
  • Capacidade e interesse pela análise de dados;
  • Bom relacionamento interpessoal e trabalho em equipa, interna e externamente;
  • Capacidade de comunicação e negociação;
  • Orientação para o nosso cliente;
  • Orientação para o desenvolvimento do negócio e melhoria contínua.
