Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cozy environment. From Account Management to Technology and Product, whatever your skills are, you'll find your fit here. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Control & Master Planning Manager, you will be a part of the CrOps Planning team. You will work with one Farfetch business unit on Creative Operations Areas guaranteeing that production supply is aligned with demand forecast to achieve the best product on time, maximizing value for money. You will be also accountable to monitor the business performance, planning team-related projects, and partnering with stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will guarantee the alignment between demand and production capacity;
- You will centralize mid/long-term capacity plan for a Business Unit with different production centers;
- You will develop analysis, models, and reports to drive key strategic decisions, following up on Service Level Agreements and reporting key metrics.
- Working with different workstreams and monitoring global project developments to make sure planning requirements are met, and the projects are successfully launched.
- You will work with the team and different interacting teams to make continuous improvements to planning processes, deliverables, and routines;
- You will work with the global team to create and validate tactical schedule plans to ensure desired service levels and work with production planners to act to achieve results;
- You will align with the business control department and support budget exercises.

WHO YOU ARE
- Degree in engineering, management, or similar areas.
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role is required;
- Proficient in Excel (can perform complex functions);
- Motivated to work in an energetic and reactive environment, facing challenges with resilience;
- Collaborative and Structured communicator, with the ability to work with different teams;
- Fluent in English.
