Support for this solution is a step into the future to make every home smarter and easier to use.
Your responsabilities:
- Presales assistance for users advice on choosing the right solutions
- Respond appropriately to customer escalations and escalate issues and customers to higher techdepartments
Our expectations:

You speak Norwegian in proficiency:
Intermediate English level (min B2):- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- You are selfmotivated, and you like to work in the team
Main duties:
- Possible start on
08/03:
Monday to Sunday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m (40h per week) with 2 rotating days off
- Competetive Salary and bonuses:
1500€ gross/month + 2 extra salaries per year
-up to 120€ gross monthly performance bonus
- €7.23 NET/day meal allowance
- Full time employment, 6 months fixedterm renewable contract
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
