**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- Customer contact with customers by telephone, in your native language and in some cases also in English language
- Resolving questions and troubleshoot

Customer-oriented solution finding for any inquiries, but no sales;
- Independent and proactive solution finding, using the always available knowledge base

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Customer Support experience
- High School Diploma
- EU passport/ID or a portuguese resident card

**Recruitment process**
