**Job Title: Customer Support Representative - French Speaker**

**Location: Lisbon, Portugal**

**Position Overview**:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role is based in our modern office in Lisbon, where you will work alongside a diverse and supportive team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers with product-related questions.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all interactions are handled with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and contribute to continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Comfortable using customer support software and tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
