We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our Italian-speaking customers receive prompt and effective assistance with their inquiries and issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and account inquiries.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other teams, including Sales and Product Development, to improve overall customer satisfaction and product usability.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, updates, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of support resources, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English, as it is the working language of the company.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and tools.
- Experience using CRM systems or support ticketing platforms is a plus.
