**Job Title: Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative**

**Location: Lisbon, Portugal**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Support**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

**2. Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in Italian with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

**3. Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Stay updated on product changes and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

**4. Problem Resolution**:

- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex problems.

**5. Documentation**:

- Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products and services.

**6. Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**7. Process Improvement**:

- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

**8. Performance Metrics**:

- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.

**9. Cultural Sensitivity**:

- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of Italian-speaking customers.

**Requirements**:
1. Fluency in Italian (native or C2 proficiency level).

2. Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.

3. Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

4. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.

7. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role for an international company.

2. Knowledge of the Italian market and customer preferences.

3. Additional language proficiency in English or Portuguese.
