Retail and Trade Marketing Manager

  • Liderar a definição e implementação estratégica de Marketing de retalho para a rede lojas Robbialac, nomeadamente no Retail-Mix (sortido, promoção, serviços, etc.)
  • Definir, implementar e animar o(s) plano(s) de Trade Marketing e ativação nos canais, nomeadamente o plano de marketing das marcas e plano promocional por canal, em colaboração Brand Managers e Gestores de Canal Comerciais
  • Desenvolver Atividades Adhoc de Clientes
  • Implementação e controlo do plano anual de acções, designadamente campanhas de media, PdV/Shopper Marketing, ações de trade e argumentários de venda;
  • Monitorização das principais tendências de mercado, ações da concorrência e "customer insights"
  • Disponibilidade para deslocações (internas e/ no estrangeiro) até 20%
  • Formação superior em Gestão, Marketing ou equivalente;
  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos e sólido track record em função similar, nomeadamente ao nível de customer / trade marketing e/ou retail marketing, em áreas de negócio como FMCG, eletrónica de consumo, têxtil, etc. (preferencial);
  • Sólidos conhecimentos de MS Office e gestão de categorias/planogramas
  • Fortes aptidões de comunicação interpessoal e negociação;
  • Knowhow necessário à função, drive, orientação para resultados, forte capacidade analítica e de planeamento estratégico, organização e empreendedorismo comercial, com níveis elevados de empatia e resiliência;
  • Experiência com tipologias diversas de clientes (ex. Prosumer vs Consumer, B2B / B2C)
  • Domínio de Inglês (falado e escrito)
  • Integração numa equipa dinâmica com ambicioso projeto de crescimento;
