Key Account Sales Manager

Our customer is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join its dynamic sales department.

As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving sales growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling to maximize revenue from existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to key accounts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
  • Prepare regular reports on key account performance, including sales forecasts and customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in key account management or sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience

  • Ability to build and maintain longterm relationships with key clients
  • Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility to travel as required
