Key Account Sales Manager

As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling to maximize revenue from existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to key accounts
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on key account performance, including sales forecasts and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in key account management or sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience

- Ability to build and maintain longterm relationships with key clients
- Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to travel as required
