Vale de Cambra, Portugal:

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop sales plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments;
  • Analyzes market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities;
  • Followup existing and new customers in order to maximize the sales;
  • Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management and growth plans;
  • Identify and understand the specific local market requirements and develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and gross margins;
  • Partner with operations, order management, project execution and service teams to ensure the appropriate delivery of commitments to customers and work to maximize customer satisfaction;
  • Analyses customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and best practices to build successful strategies.

We are looking for:

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics or other relevant area;
  • Experience in similar positions will be valued;
  • Availability to travel as needed;
  • Proficiency in English (other languages are valued);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills;
  • Strong project management, multitasking and decision making skills;
  • Goals and results oriented;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Hardworking and highly motivated person, willing to be part of a team.
