Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop sales plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments;
- Analyzes market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities;
- Followup existing and new customers in order to maximize the sales;
- Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management and growth plans;
- Identify and understand the specific local market requirements and develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and gross margins;
- Partner with operations, order management, project execution and service teams to ensure the appropriate delivery of commitments to customers and work to maximize customer satisfaction;
- Analyses customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and best practices to build successful strategies.
We are looking for:
- University degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics or other relevant area;
- Experience in similar positions will be valued;
- Availability to travel as needed;
- Proficiency in English (other languages are valued);
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills;
- Strong project management, multitasking and decision making skills;
- Goals and results oriented;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Hardworking and highly motivated person, willing to be part of a team.
