JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Show empathy towards customers, taking personal responsibility for the issues they report, and stay composed when resolving challenging situations
- Deliver efficient service to OTT clients, end customers, and various stakeholders
- Maintain performance metrics like quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance
- Utilize logical reasoning and data interpretation to spot trends and make improvement recommendations
- Adhere to proper diagnosing, escalation, and security protocols
- Collaborate with partners to ensure smooth onboarding and constant support
- Address partner ingestion and metadata errors, and input data accurately into platforms
- Assist in spreadsheet workflows, including necessary documentation for defining steps in triaging quality issues
- Support quality assurance initiatives
- Contribute to ad-hoc partner support projects
- Assist in the operations of Dynamic Ad Insertion workflow.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a native/fluent German speaker, proficient in English (at least B2 level)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support roles
- Excellent business communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills and Google workspace
- Experience in managing client and internal stakeholder expectations
- Capable of summarizing client issues and resolving cases
- Proficient in troubleshooting and data collection
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment while prioritizing tasks per guidance
- Quick to adapt to product and procedural changes seamlessly.
