Technical Support Specialist (Italian Market) - Deliver Exceptional Support & Build a Rewarding Career

We are in search of a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our expanding team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier support to our Enterprise clients in the Italian market. Utilize your solid technical expertise and communication skills to troubleshoot issues, find solutions, and guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a Technical Superhero: Be the initial point of contact for customers, addressing technical issues related to Office 365 (especially Exchange Online), Networking, Active Directory, and more.
  • Master of Problem-Solving: Collect information, conduct thorough research, and collaborate with colleagues and experts to identify root causes and deliver effective resolutions.
  • Communication Champion: Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience, fostering trust and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Service with a Smile: Uphold a service-oriented approach, surpassing customer expectations and proactively handling concerns before they escalate.
  • Continuous Learning: Embrace a growth mindset and engage in continuous training to enhance your skills and specialize in specific areas.

Qualifications:

  • Italian Language Proficiency: Confidently interact with Italian customers verbally and in writing.
  • Office 365 Expertise: Proficient in Office 365, particularly Exchange Online, in an Enterprise setting.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in networking, protocols, authentication (Basic, Kerberos, NTLM), and PowerShell.
  • Directory Synchronization Skills: Experience with tools like DirSync and Azure AD Connect is advantageous.
  • DNS Understanding: Proficiency in DNS records, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Active Directory Proficiency: Navigate Active Directory effortlessly, including FSMO Roles, Domains & Trusts, and Sites & Services.
  • Network Troubleshooting: Skilled in reading and analyzing network captures to pinpoint issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Value teamwork and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Training Details:

  • 4-week intensive training program conducted in English (8 hours/day)
  • Training compensation: 92.80 euros per week

Salary Information:
