HR Operations Specialist para se juntar a nós neste caminho, que reportará diretamente ao
Responsável da área de Operações RH.
Missão:
Garantir a excelência de recursos humanos para sustentar um funcionamento eficiente, alinhar a cultura organizacional e manter um bom relacionamento entre todos os envolvidos no processo das Operações de Loja (Direção, Coordenadores e Equipas de Loja).
O que será o teu dia-a-dia de trabalho
- Acompanhar e assegurar o cumprimento do orçamento de custos de pessoal;
- Prestar apoio no processo de gestão contratual das equipas de loja;
- Realizar a gestão e acompanhamento dos processos de recrutamento e seleção das funções de loja;
- Preparar e apoiar no processo de acolhimento e formação inicial dos novos colaboradores das lojas;
- Acompanhamento e preparação da abertura de novas lojas;
- Suporte no processo de estágios curriculares e profissionais, articulando com a área de Talent Acquisition;
- Gestão do processo de entrevistas de saída, com a realização das entrevistas e respetiva análise;
- Colaborar ativamente com os coordenadores e gestores das lojas, apoiando na delineação e implementação da estratégia de gestão de recursos humanos;
- Fomentar uma cultura organizacional positiva e colaborativa, desenvolvendo iniciativas que promovam o envolvimento dos colaboradores e um ambiente de trabalho saudável.
O que vamos valorizar no teu perfil
- Formação em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Gestão, Psicologia, Sociologia ou similar;
- Valorizada experiência profissional em função similar, idealmente da área do retalho;
- Nível de excel avançado;
- Bons conhecimentos de legislação laboral;
