Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging and interactive digital learning materials, including elearning modules, videos, simulations, and other multimedia content.
  • Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create effective learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • Validate the requirements and processes are compatible with the Cornerstone platform so that we avoid customization to the tool.
  • Review and test the process to ensure that it meets the documented requirements and that it functions as intended
  • Upgrade our existing training content to a common standard that is flexible and more accessible through a digital format
  • Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of digital learning initiatives.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in digital learning and recommend innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and metrics to assess the impact and ROI of digital learning initiatives.
  • Serve as a champion for digital learning within the organization, promoting its benefits and advocating for its adoption and expansion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, learning, educational technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience in instructional design and development, as well as digital learning projects and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in elearning authoring tools such as
    iSpring Suite, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond or similar software

  • Familiarity with learning experience systems (LXP) and other digital learning platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative problemsolving abilities and a passion for exploring new ideas and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
