We are hiring source to pay and arrival / departure processes collaborators

Our main challenges are:
deliver fast and resilient solutions, live as a global team and develop our diverse talents, maximize the benefit of technology, be agile, curious, and proactive and deliver excellence

Your Main Activities Are
Within the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) team, your mandate will be to manage the operational management on "Source To Pay" (S2P) process and Arrival/Departure (A/D) process:
Input and monitor the renewals contracts workflow on a daily basis

Anticipate the departure process

Follow-up the unsigned contracts and non-compliant Conduct Letters (LDD)

Support the manager/ordering customer on his purchase request

Manage & Control the Externals Assistants with a derogation

Centralise and follow-up habilitation requests and users access (e.g. remediation)

Analyse and follow-up the resolution of anomalies on contracts, clarity and link tools

Create and monitor the Arrival/Departure requests on ITG scope

Request and follow-up ITG user access (e.g. buildings, network, etc.)

Support on the regular contracts & catalogues updating

Profile and Skills to Success
Bachelor degree in Business Management or other related field

Relevant professional experience in Procurement or Business area (2-4 years)

Finance & Budget knowledge

Fluent in English and French

Attention to detail/rigor
