WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Responsabilidades
Desenho e implementação das jornadas de gestão de clientes - prioritização, segmentação, canais de contacto, definição de eventos e acompanhamento omnicanal da pegada do cliente ( _Customer funnel _) Desenhar e propor hipóteses, gerir a sua implementação e apresentar as conclusões finais alinhado com os objetivos e _business cases _previamente aprovados Responsável pelo alinhamento das estratégias e best-practices CRM em articulação com os Product Owners das várias squads Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e propor estratégias _Challenger _Promover a evolução da personalização e omnicanalidade sustentada em analítica Garantir a implementação _at scale _da estratégia de personalização com visão critica da evolução das plataformas a medio prazo (time-to-market, divida técnica e MVP's) Avaliação de novas implementações técnicas e consideração dos vários fatores de decisão - divida técnica, MVP's e _time-to-market _

Competências Funcionais


Performance e atividade em ambiente Agile Perfil Senior + 5 anos em gestão jornadas cliente Autonomia e sentido critico Excelente comunicador - capacidade de tradução e adaptação do discurso técnico/analítico em impacto no negócio.

Drive analítico e visão de cliente Sentido critico e inovador

Competências Técnicas
Desenho de jornadas de cliente - Experiência no MKT Cloud e CDP Salesforce Domínio das ferramentas SAS - SASGUIDE, Bases de dados - ORACLE Domínio de ferramentas de manipulação de dados em ambiente Azure Cloud Experiência na utilização e avaliação dos modelos analíticos para otimização dos targets e resultados Utilizador avançado do MS Office

Formação Académica Preferencial
Engenharias Ciências da Computação Matemática
