En tant que Customer Success Specialist - SaaS vous apporterez une véritable valeur ajoutée à la solution d'accompagnement sur la plateforme SaaS proposée par l'entreprise.

L'Offre:

  • Assister les utilisateurs de la plateforme ou de l'application mobile ;
  • Accompagner et développer la bonne utilisation des services en fonction de l'activité de vos clients ;
  • S'assurer de former vos intermédiaires sur l'utilisation de la plateforme ;
  • Définir et appliquer une stratégie digitale pour optimiser les performances de vos clients ;
  • Conseiller et informer les équipes de vos clients en vous appuyant sur des rapports de performances réguliers ;
  • Partager l'expérience de vos clients avec votre équipe en vue de participer à l'amélioration des services et des stratégies ;
  • Faire preuve de force de proposition et promouvoir les dernières innovations de l'entreprise ;
  • Identifier les besoins et les opportunités de développement commercial du portefeuille client ;

Pré-requis:

  • Parfaite maîtrise du français à l'écrit et l'oral;
  • Précédente expérience en service client et/ou vente;
  • Bonne connaissances des techniques commerciales de base;
  • À l'aise avec les outils informatiques et digitaux;
  • Excellente capacité d'organistion;
