Your Main Activities Are
- Manage and develop
- Develop product knowledge
- Manage time efficiently to accomplish key responsibilities
- Timely escalation to the head of the team of any complex client or product issues and queries that require more seniority
- Support the delivery of the Product Strategy and the platform design, evolution and alignment with client needs
- Understand the Product and the impact on the product strategy
- Complete allocated & supervised tasks to support the consolidation of data required to propose book of work priority for the specific area in their remit
- Complete allocated & supervised tasks to support the aggregate Stakeholders platform evolution request contributing to the business case and their contribution to the platform strategy
- Contribute to projects process documentation under supervision
- Support under supervision the maintenance of the book of work (associate)
- Deliver allocated & supervised project activities in a timely accurate and efficient manner
- Contribute to steps of the Product Life cycle for new services under readily available guidance and supervision
- Support market watch and product representation wxith internal & external governance committees and bodies
- Contribute to market, competition and regulatory watch
- Develop an understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape and how this impacts both business and clients.
- Support the business in its go to market strategy and keep Client Focus approach
- Contribute under supervision to the development of the Pitch Book and Product Offering marketing material in cooperation with Marketing and Client Development for the new services they sponsor
- Develop knowledge of professional clients, main profiles, needs, and relevant products and services for professional clients
- Assist under supervision with developing the Product training and support on Product Offer for the Sales, Relationship Management and Client Solutions teams
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics or similar fields
- Understanding of financial markets
- Highly IT/systems literate a plus (including coding), organised and proficient with office systems relevant to specific role
- Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)
- Professional, and able to properly represent the bank and its values at all times
- Flexible, committed, accepting of varied and frequently demanding schedules
- Outgoing, engaging, friendly, with welldeveloped interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with liaising at varying levels; from junior operational staff to management
- Confident with documents and able to read and process legal documentation
- Able to manage stakeholder relationships

About the Team
- The role of the Product Management team for the Derivatives Execution & Clearing business is to drive the product strategy and sponsor the platform design, evolution and alignment with client needs
- Product management support the business in its go to market strategy though product training, contribution to rfp, branding of the business and bringing product expertise during client meeting and industry events. Product management perform Market & Regulatory watch to ensure the product offering stays in line with client, business & regulatory requirements. Product management owns the platform change process to adapt to client, business & regulatory changes
- The job requires close relationships across the front office and the corresponding Compliance, Tax, Risk, Legal, Client Services, Technology, Operations and other support groups across the organisation
