The Project

The Role
- Providing a reassuring, warm and customerfriendly service for Foot Locker clients in German
- Manage customer queries about their orders and access to their accounts, payments and stock availability
- Seize the opportunity to "shine" with each interaction, showing a strong interest in the customer, with a natural appetite for communication, by becoming aware of the services offered by Foot Locker
The Requirements
- Fluent in
German spoken and written (C1/2); - Good level of English.
