Som virksomhedens kundeservicemedarbejder kommer du til at bidrage med en forskel i vores kundes forretning og kundernes liv. Du vil bruge din specialist viden til at effektivt løse kunders problemer og sikre, at kunderne er tilfredse.

**Ansvarsområder**:
**Som kundeservicemedarbejder vil du**:

- Besvare indgående kundeanmodninger og dokumentere relevante sagsoplysninger
- Sikre fremragende kundetilfredshed
- Reager hensigtsmæssigt på kundeeskaleringer, og eskaler problemer til højere supportniveauer
- Samarbejd med andre specialister for at løse supportproblemer.
- Følg ledelsens retning og giv feedback
- Bidrage til at skabe brandengagement for kunden
