A Nortempo Braga encontra-se a recrutar Contract Manager (M/F) para conceituada empresa situada em Vila Nova de Famalicão.

Funções:

  • Definir os métodos, procedimentos, ações e objetivos que assegurem a gestão dos
serviços prestados e das instalações do cliente;

  • Acompanhar e assegurar a concretização dos objetivos e estratégias definidas,
juntamente com os responsáveis do cliente;

  • Facilitar os recursos necessários (materiais e humanos) de forma a cumprir os SLA's
acordados;

  • Assegurar a coordenação dos trabalhos, no âmbito do contrato;
  • Estabelecer e manter ativos os diversos canais de comunicação com o Cliente Interno
  • Realizar as ações necessárias para resolver ou remediar situações urgentes que
surjam nas instalações técnicas (manutenção curativa ou corretiva), particularmente

nas situações de perigo para os ocupantes e para os bens confiados;

  • Zelar pela boa apresentação de todo o pessoal afeto à prestação do serviço;
  • Identificar as necessidades de formação de todos os colaboradores afetos ao
contrato;

  • Garantir as condições de trabalho necessárias para a correta execução da totalidade
das tarefas;

  • Exigir das entidades subcontratadas o respeito das normas e regulamentos existentes
quer da ENGIE quer do Cliente Final;

  • Garantir a atualização da documentação e informação das equipas residentes e
subcontratos,

  • Assegurar a entrega ao cliente dos documentos definidos, incluindo os relatórios
semanais, mensais e anuais ou outros;

  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas de saúde e segurança da ENGIE e do Cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura em Engenharia Mecânica ou Eletrotécnica;
  • Experiência em funções idênticas à da sua Responsabilidade mínimo 6 Anos;
  • Capacidade de gestão simultânea de diversos projetos;
  • Conhecimentos de ferramentas de melhoria contínua (5S, Kaizen, TPM, etc)
  • Facilidade na Comunicação e Relacionamento Interpessoal;
  • Capacidade de Liderança e Gestão de Equipas;
  • Capacidade para análise financeira dos projetos;
  • Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador;
  • Carta de Condução
