We are looking for a Business Manager responsable for developing new business in European Markets. You shpuld be based in **Oporto, Aveiro, Oliveira de Azemeis or cities or villages nearby Oliveira de Azemeis.** This is an **HYBRID position.**
**Your Responsibilities**:
**Market Development**:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities within European markets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Develop strategies to enter and expand our presence in key European markets
**Sales Management**:
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
**Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Establish partnerships and alliances to enhance market presence.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
**Strategic Planning**
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- +3years of proven experience **in developing new business in European markets.**:
- Strong sales skills with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- English (C1/C2) and French or German or Spanish is a plus
