What you will do in this role As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding their orders and attending potential requests Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you:

Have a high level of Swiss-German (written and oral) C1 and good level of English Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit Have previous experience in customer service You're analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions If you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
