Para tal, precisamos de ti Procuramos um Business Unit Manager para integrar a equipa de Custom Application Development, nos nossos escritórios de Lisboa.

Como será o teu dia a dia na Glintt? Liderar a unidade de desenvolvimento à medida Microsoft, definindo e implementando a estratégia para alcançar objetivos de negócio;Gerir e supervisionar as equipas de desenvolvimento, garantindo que seguem as melhores práticas do mercado e utilizam tecnologias atualizadas;Promover a evolução e desenvolvimento tecnológico das equipas;Participar em atividades de pré-venda em conjunto com os Mercados;Colaborar com outras unidades de negócio e equipas multifuncionais, no sentido de garantir a integração e a eficiência dos processos instituídos;Identificar oportunidades de crescimento e inovação, procurando constantemente melhorias nos serviços e soluções desta unidade;Gerir o orçamento da unidade (P&L), garantindo a alocação adequada de recursos para atingir os objetivos financeiros.

Formação acadêmica em áreas como Engenharia de Software, Ciências da Computação ou área similares;Experiência de 5 ou mais anos na gestão de equipas de desenvolvimento de software, preferencialmente com foco em tecnologias Microsoft;Conhecimento profundo das ferramentas e plataformas da Microsoft, como Azure, .NET Framework/Core, SQL Server, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, etc;Experiência na definição e implementação de estratégias de negócios, com foco em resultados e inovação;Fluência oral e escrita em espanhol, inglês e português;Boas capacidades de comunicação e aptidão comercial.
