You will be a perfect fit if you have:

  • Fluent level of English ( speaking and writing ).
  • Fluent level in Dutch ( speaking and writing ).
  • Minimum of C2 level
  • Customer Service experience ( in Call Canters preferably) or B2B support experience.
- "People-first" attitude.

  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Which are my tasks in this role?

  • Help the customer and work upsell during the exchange and order process.
  • Record specific details of customers and partners' contacts and ensure actions are taken on each and every case.
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
  • Work successfully with the team to deliver and exceed KPIs for quality and to support brand development.
