About the Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Global Center of Excellence, Talent Supply Team.

You will be assigned to a specific business unit to manage executive recruitments worldwide, as well as build and manage a team of recruiters locally who will be assigned to fill vacancies for all levels of the business.

What You Will Do:

  • Embrace and drive Group Talent Acquisition and Employer Attractiveness principles, strategy, methodologies & tools, and partner with the HR team and hiring managers to drive executive recruitments.
  • Manage and coordinate a local Talent Acquisition team and create an inspiring environment with an open communication culture.
  • Build effective understanding and relationships with the assigned Business Unit in order to influence business leaders to proactively address the recruitment challenges of today and tomorrow, driving talent pipelines, talent organizational mapping and identification.
  • Development and execution of effective multimarket recruiting and sourcing strategies that deliver topquality talent for senior level positions.
  • Leverage bestinclass trends, benchmarks, sources, technologies and master key analytic metrics to effectively track results and leverage data to drive decisions making.

Who You Are:

  • You possess a university Degree within a relevant practice.
  • Minimum 8 years Talent Acquisition experience preferably in a matrix organization. Experience working in a Business Service Centre is an advantage.
  • You have been recognized for your ability to manage stakeholders and drive change and process improvement utilizing recruiting metrics and analytics.
  • You have a good understanding of the HR processes and ecosystem such as Strategic Workforce planning.
  • You possess strong organizational skills and have demonstrated ability to manage and coach a team.
  • You are a persuasive communicator with excellent consultative, coaching verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday is a plus), sourcing strategies and channels.
  • Fluent written and spoken English. Additional language such as Portuguese, German, French, Swedish would be an advantage.
