Tasks:

  • Carrying out the necessary process approvals for all project and process startups as well as line and process acceptances in terms of QA activities to achieve the qualitative and deadline targets in PVS, 0 series and SOP
  • Responsibility for the documentation of results, creation of action plans and the tracking of corrective actions during line and process acceptance tests for PVS, 0series and SOPP
  • Timely adoption of Q inspection plans and QM plans of the QA center (product technology) to achieve the qualitative and deadline objectives in new projects as well as the implementation and maintenance of the Q inspection plans and QM plans and result documentation in the series after consultation with the QA center
  • Implementation of standard and legal requirements in projects in accordance with the Qinspection plan
  • Operational implementation and coordination with other areas for necessary updates within the scope of series change management in the direction of the QM plan and Qinspection plan in the respective systems
  • Analysis and action tracking from cyclical tests in series production
  • Support of production with regard to the timely provision of test scopes for preseries and series tests and their implementation by internal / external service providers

  • Responsibility for QA test equipment monitoring (e.g. PMV module)
  • Initiating and preparing the ordering of required resources, services and release after receipt of services in the systems (e.g. SAP, WebCycle, DIALOGplus)
  • Release of work instructions for production by quality assurance
  • Implementation of suitable corrective measures in the event of quality deviations in the production process and their effectiveness
  • Coordinating the limit values for the measurements in the Qinspection plan with the QA center (product technology) for new projects and monitoring the implementation of compliance with these limit values in the series change in accordance with the Qinspection plan and QM plan
  • Technical cooperation in the core teams of the projects, in the process FMEA's and CIP workshops support and technical advice on internal process and TLD audits to ensure compliance with the dual control principle
  • Monitoring of quality measures in production in terms of the QM plan and Qinspection plan, corrections in the system environment (e.g. MyProcess, routing, ProPDM) of the production plans with regard to quality aspects

Education (and specialization):

  • Completed university/university of applied sciences degree in the technical or economic field or comparable qualification (e.g. technician) with professional experience

Work experience:

  • Experience in quality management and in the planning and implementation of quality methods

Systems knowledge:

  • General IT knowledge
  • Microsoft Office
  • Electronic Data Processing
  • SAP System

Language knowledge:

  • Portuguese native Level: C2
  • English fluent Level: B
  • C1
  • German desirable

Qualifications and skills:

  • Profound technical experience in the production of seating systems
  • Several years of experience in production planning and control
