Join WTW's Finance team as a Financial Analyst in the Global Finance Analytics Centre of Expertise (GFA CoE) You'll be a key player in driving business value, collaborating closely with Business Finance teams and the wider GFA CoE global team at WTW. Your role will involve participating in FP&A processes such as reporting, analytics, insights, forecasting, and planning. You'll be trusted to deliver valuable insights within deadlines and with required quality controls.

  • Drive financial planning within assigned segments, business units, regions, and functions.
  • Provide financial analysis and key performance drivers to enhance understanding of business results.
  • Report monthly financial performance versus budget, forecast, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct client profitability analysis, new business evaluation, and revenue analysis to support business expansion.
  • Handle salary, benefits, and other cost reporting and analysis.
  • Reconcile financials and variances for resolution of inquiries.
  • Demonstrate a full comprehension of financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Cash Flow.
  • Offer working capital and cash flow analysis to clarify Free Cash Flow drivers.
  • Review dashboards and provide commentary on outputs.
  • Maintain investment, cost, transformation tracking and reporting, analysis.
  • Understand the planning process and contribute to establishing WTW's budget/forecast.
  • Perform reconciliation processes across various systems and reports.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly deliverables and review with Business Finance leaders including revenue analysis, month-end results, commentaries, and quarterly business reviews presentations.
  • Develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
  • Create financial models and analysis with decision-oriented KPIs.
  • Document and update procedures and tasks consistently.
  • Evaluate processes for enhancement, process mapping, and create and maintain standard operating procedures documentations.
  • Ensure seamless process transitions between teams by addressing requirements proactively and providing solutions.
  • Adhere to agreed global service standards and internal procedures for a globally consistent service.
  • Provide ad-hoc and project support.
  • Fulfill any other additional responsibilities as needed for existing or new process requirements.

The Finance function caters to both internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, shareholders, financial institutions, suppliers, and regulatory bodies worldwide.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.).
  • Experience with FP&A and Business Intelligence applications like Hyperion Planning/ePBCS, Anaplan, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and either Swedish or Danish.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
  • Strong attention to detail is a must.
