Missão


A missão principal será alcançar os objetivos de venda e margem definidos pela empresa, em contas nacionais do segmento B2B.

Através de um modelo de venda consultiva terá que conseguir angariar, potenciar e fidelizar novos clientes e desenvolver novo negócio na carteira de clientes existentes.

Função

  • Prospetar, negociar e fechar acordos com novos cliente;
  • Planificar e organizar a rota de visitas da sua carteira de clientes;
  • Analisar e seguir a gestão dos clientes de forma maximizar a rentabilidade e assegurar o cumprimento das condições estabelecidas;
  • Maximizar a carteira de clientes ativos, aumentando as vendas e a margem;
  • Negociar os términos dos acordos com os clientes visando sempre a maximização da rentabilidade para a empresa e o potencial do cliente;
  • Estabelecer sólidas relações comerciais com os clientes para assegurar o seu nível de satisfação;
.Reportar toda a atividade ao seu superior, através da ferramenta disponibilizada pela empresa, bem como completar e fornecer toda a informação necessária e pedida pela empresa, em relação aos clientes em carteira, de forma a garantir uma gestão eficiente e alimentar o 'pipeline' de oportunidades futuras;

  • Visitar os clientes, de forma presencial, com o objetivo de abertura de novos clientes, implementação de acordos ou para penetrar novas categorias;
  • Gestão micro do negócio realizado em cada cliente de forma a obter a maior rentabilidade para a empresa;
  • Venda de consumíveis e serviços de diversas categorias e áreas profissionais, a empresas nacionais;
  • Trabalhar em equipa com outros colegas no sentido de cooperar e dar o melhor seguimento.
Requisitos

  • Mínimo 12o ano de escolaridade (obrigatório);
  • Formação em áreas de vendas, negociação e técnicas de comunicação (preferencial);
  • Experiência mínima de 2 na área de vendas em segmento de B2B em Portugal;
  • Carta de condução obrigatória.
  • Excelente capacidade de comunicação e negociação.
  • Orientação para o cliente e cumprimento de objetivos.
  • Responsável e organizado, capaz de cumprir prazos.
  • Conhecimentos de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Trabalho em equipa e sob pressão.
  • Disponibilidade para horários e deslocações.

Perfil verdadeiramente comercial, que tenha espirito proactivo tanto ao nível de conseguir abrir novos clientes como ao nível de desenvolver novo negócio em clientes existentes.
