Developing and driving credible and productive long-term relation with customers - Homecare service Prescribers - in the assigned area of Lisbon, Oporto and Coimbra by understanding their business needs and providing tailored value propositions, being the orchestrator of the relationships ensuring the achievement of the group objectives.

responsabilidades chave

Develops, maintains and improves relations with homecare service prescribers to keep or to set the group as preferred supplier.
Identify and select new potential customers and opportunities;
Proposal management;
Implements the offer of products/services according to the group objectives and manages the relations with the Local Health environments in order to acquire the information of the market and the gained experiences;
Initializing and coordinating all company efforts to the healthcare professionals in order to maximize the output of the sales group;
Sales management and promotion of products/services;
Active sales promotion, dissemination of promotional documents related to the services provided;
Carries out information and assistance to customers through active participation in scientific events, conferences and demo activities on the company portfolio;
Creates, together with marketing, services and supply chain teams, the optimal offers to the Customers: share information in the team, home technicians and patient service for the territory of competence;
Monitoring the trend of sales of Customers against the assigned sales target;
Systematically analyzes and reporting of sales results, expectations, market, competition and trends to make proposals for improvement.

competências

Degree or Master Degree in Scientific/Economic fields or equivalent;
At least 5-7 years experience in a sales or account management role in Healthcare/Medical Devices/Pharmaceutical sectors;
Professional knowledge and experience in the use of relevant marketing and sales techniques;
Understanding of logistics, process management and basic understanding of finance;
Skills of negotiations with customers, within given guidelines and sales plans;
Developing presentations on account management level;
High stakeholder management skills - internal and external;
English (nice to have) and Portuguese (mandatory).
