Perfil:
- Experiência em Reservas de grupos
- Experiência profissional em Turismo/Hotelaria (preferencial)
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade
- Fortes habilidades organizacionais e atenção ao detalhe
- Bons conhecimentos de Português e Inglês (escrito e falado)
Responsabilidades:
Reservas de grupos
- Atendimento telefónico e resposta a e-mails
- Elaboração de propostas e orçamentos
- Negociação e seguimento dos pedidos
- Percepção de tarifas e upselling
- Gestão de processos e reservas
- Faturação
Relacionamento com clientes
- Estabelecimento de relações com clientes
- Compreensão das necessidades dos clientes
- Realização de visitas com clientes e potenciais clientes
- Atração de novos clientes
- Participação em eventos de turismo
Atingir metas de Vendas
- Planeamento de vendas e análise de mercado
- Acompanhamento das contas e principais parceiros
- Análise da produção por parceiro
Fornecedores/parceiros
- Identificação de novos parceiros
- Gestão de pedidos e pagamentos
