EPCC Global LDA is excited to announce a vacancy for the position of Franchise Sales Manager for our new venture, , a startup focused on creating a chain of vegan fast food restaurants.

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated individual to join our team and help us grow our brand in whole Europe.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive franchise sales and client acquisition.
  • Identify potential franchisees and build strong relationships to expand the VeganoDaily brand.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain longterm relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is mandatory.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in franchise sales and client acquisition in a related field, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced startup environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
