The Role

In this role, you will lead Bill to Cash teams and projects (Payable/Receivable Accounts) to ensure timely and successful outcomes. Responsibilities include managing risks, ensuring technical expertise and excellence, and promoting collaboration within and across teams. You will mentor team members, drive continuous improvement, and build strong stakeholder relationships while supporting new opportunities.

You'll be performing the following tasks (not exhaustive):

Process & Stakeholder Management:

  • Deliver/ Manage KPI's and metrics in line with the prescribed targets
  • Prioritize and organize work according to business priorities.
  • Develop an in depth understanding of the technical aspects of the process.
  • Drive process improvements within team for improved efficiency, client experience or better risk controls
  • Periodic review of process risks, ensuring adequate controls are in place and adherence to WTW Risk and Reporting standards.
  • Meet with stakeholders to discuss process related challenges and opportunities
  • Work with relevant stakeholders for effectively resolving escalations.
  • Lead projects / tasks E2E in coordination with onshore stakeholders
  • Coordinate and provide documentation for audit samples requested by auditors
  • Provide support for issues, manage critical escalations and complex queries

Resource Planning:

  • Forecasting and planning of resource requirements
  • Manage resources efficiently through peaks and troughs in the business cycle.
  • Ensure contingency planning is in place for critical resources
  • Review potential system and process enhancements as required

People Management / Development:

  • Set appropriate goals & expectations for the team and conduct regular progress reviews.
  • Work closely with individuals to develop their full potential.
  • Assess and develop competency levels to make sure team members have the expertise needed to add value to the business.
  • Proactive identification of performance issues. Create action plan and coach to improve performance.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed by staff with accuracy and within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Conduct 1-1 and team meetings in line with Operational Engagement Framework.
  • Support Training and Mentoring of new hires as required
  • Manage attrition and absenteeism in the team

The Requirements

  • +5 years of relevant experience; Accounting / Finance preferable.
  • Business fluency in English and Portuguese plus one European language proficiency (French, Spanish, Italian, etc.) minimum C1
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills
  • Experience in a leadership and project manager positions
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills in order to prioritize and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks, in order to meet the multiple deadlines
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads and sometimes work to tight deadlines
  • Adherence to tight deadlines will be important
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Proactive and goal oriented
